Engineer S.M.A Kawser Rozen

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Engineer Kawser Rozen is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Naksha, where he leads overall project execution, engineering strategy, and construction delivery across the company's real estate development portfolio.

With over 20 years of experience in leading real estate development firms in Bangladesh, he brings deep expertise in large-scale project execution, structural coordination, and site management.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from BUET. His focus is on ensuring disciplined execution from design to delivery, aligning engineering precision with the broader business and development strategy of the firm.

Naureen Shafinaz Mahboob

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Naureen Mahboob is the Co-Founder of Naksha, where she leads business strategy, growth, and client engagement across the firm's architecture, construction, and real estate development portfolio.

With over 15 years of experience in business leadership and project development, she focuses on building scalable operations and long-term stakeholder value.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Lancaster and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Management Consultancy from the University of Bath.

Arch. Md. Fahad Bin Mostafiz

Lead Architect

Arch. Md. Fahad Bin Mostafiz is the Lead Architect at Naksha, with 18 years of experience delivering thoughtfully designed and technically compliant spaces from concept through to completion.

He has led diverse architectural projects with a focus on design integrity, functionality, and precise execution. A graduate of BUET in Architecture, he brings strong design leadership and deep technical expertise to every stage of the project lifecycle.

His work is defined by a commitment to clarity in design, disciplined coordination, and high-quality built outcomes.

Arch. Md. Rezaul Karim

Senior Interior Designer

Rezaul brings a design approach rooted in restraint and precision — creating interiors that feel considered, purposeful, and specific to each client.

Trained in Architecture at the University of Asia Pacific, he understands that great interiors begin with great spatial thinking. Every space he designs is built around how people actually live and work in it.

Engr. Md. Asrar Afridi Khan

MEP Engineer

Asrar ensures that every building system — mechanical, electrical, and plumbing — is precisely engineered, fully compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the wider project.

A graduate of IBAIS University, he brings the kind of technical rigour that keeps a building performing long after handover. The systems no one sees are the ones he makes sure never fail.
